Chelsea Staub is Glittery and Glamorous in a Sequin Skirt

If Kristen Stewart and Jessica Biel opted for the combo dress at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, Disney’s Chelsea Staub literally went combo in a dazzling sequined skirt paired with a soft silky top.

The look was chic and surprisingly appropriate for the event. Well, I say surprisingly because under normal circumstances, the minute you wear the top and skirt ensemble, you immediately look less formal or less dressy, and we’re talking about a red carpet event here.

However, Chelsea’s choice of skirt (a sequin) and top did the trick. Picking a gold and white combination also kept the outfit looking classy.

What can I say, you can always trust a sequin to keep you looking glam. Of course, wearing a sequin skirt requires care. The skirt will glitter and shine so make sure you can afford the attention on your hips and legs. Also make sure you choose the right top and keep everything else toned down, just like Chelsea did.
