Emmy Rossum hit the red carpet for the special launch of Jason Wu for Target collaboration last Thursday (January 26) at the Skylight Soho in New York City, where she was spotted looking very prim, proper, and demure in her chiffon button-down top and printed skirt both in soft pink hues matched with her softly curled hair and semi-smoky eye make-up.
