Spotted: Demi Lovato in a Flowy and Flirty High Low Skirt

Check out Demi Lovato color blocking below. This was taken when the singing starlet attended the Seventeen magazine “Power of Friendship” luncheon held in L.A. last week (January 4). Demi, who also covers this month’s issue of Seventeen, wore a stunning blue blazer over a yellow top and a dreamy light draped asymmetrical skirt for the occasion. She capped off her look with blue heels and a lot of colorful bling:
